ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, using, or interacting with any products, services, platforms, or materials associated with NEW HUMANITY, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

OWNERSHIP & CONTROLLING ENTITY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the NEW HUMANITY brand, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, marketing materials, media, educational systems, digital platforms, and business models are the sole property of:

All intellectual property is protected under applicable law.

LICENSE OF USE

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access content, purchase products, participate in programs, and engage in affiliate or membership systems where applicable.

No ownership rights are transferred.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or use NEW HUMANITY content or systems unlawfully or without authorization.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All NEW HUMANITY content, including designs, audio, written materials, and business frameworks, is protected and owned by NEW HUMANITY LLC. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, AND RESELLERS

Participation in programs is subject to additional agreements. The Trust reserves the right to approve, deny, revoke, or modify participation at its discretion.

PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated and processed through authorized platforms. The Trust is not liable for third-party payment processor errors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
